Professional Paint Overspray Removal on Cars in Sacramento
Remove accidental overspray and get your paint back on track
What is overspray?
Do you have small colored spots on your vehicle? Do you feel little bumps on your paint? These are paint drops that have landed on your paint or overspray.
Overspray can be caused in various ways. The most common occurs in construction zones where traffic paint is still wet. When vehicles drive over wet paint, it will sling it throughout the body and inside the fenders.
It can also happen when neighbors are painting nearby. If they aren’t careful the overspray can be carried by the wind and stick on to other vehicles.
Many times, we’ve seen clients try to take out overspray by themselves and they end up causing more harm than good. Time and time again, we’ve seen scratches caused by plastic razors and harsh rubbing.
Instead, leave the job to the professionals. We’re here to help you leave this accident in the past. We have the tools, chemicals, and experience to properly break down the paint and remove it without causing further harm,

The parts of your vehicle with a clear coat will be restored to its original state. Parts like the paint, glass, and chrome pieces will look like new again.
It’s important to note that some parts won’t be fully restored. For example, our chemicals and tools can do more harm to the plastic pieces while we are cleaning so these pieces are more cost-effective to replace than for us to clean them.
Another difficult area is fabric wheel fender liners. If they are fabric, there is no way to completely remove the overspray. In this specific situation, the most economical option would be to repaint the fabric liner.
After removing the over-spray, we’ll apply a wax for an added layer of protection. However, the strongest layer of protection is a ceramic coating which we can apply to prevent future accidents.
Price may vary based on the size of the affected area

FAQS about Overspray Removal on Cars
You can read the rest of our faqs here.
It is hard to tell. It depends on the type of paint it is, the time it’s been on there and how much of the vehicle is affected. If it’s only a small portion of the vehicle, it can take 3 hours. However, if the majority of the vehicle has overspray, then we can be looking at around 8 hours.
How long does this service take?
In this case, no. We require drop-off for this service at our location because it is a very tedious process. We need the vehicle to be in a more controlled environment to correctly service it. The Sacramento heat would make it extremely hard to do if we serviced it mobile.
