General Questions

We service Sacramento and many of the surrounding cities. Areas such as Elk Grove, Roseville, Natomas, Arden, Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, Granite Bay, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Rocklin, etc. If you don’t see your area, give us a call and so we can accommodate your needs.

We are currently upgrading our mobile van so we’ll need 1 electrical outlet and 1 water spigot. We’ll bring the other equipment that we need like an extension cord, water hose, and ladders.

Yes, we require a $25 deposit for our cleaning services or a $200 deposit for our paint correction and ceramic coating services. This deposit shows that you’re serious in working with us which we appreciate. The deposit is non-refundable and goes towards your total detail price. It is NOT an extra fee. We use detailer-grade products from many brands. We use brands like Meguiars, Car Pro, Bridgepoint Systems, etc.

Most apartments have electrical outlets that are exposed. If that is your case then yes, we can detail your vehicle there. If there aren’t however, then we require you to drop off your vehicle at our location.

You can pay us with cash or a check however the majority of our clients pay with a card. We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or JCB. If you aren’t there when we finish, you can pay online as well.

We don’t charge a travel fee however we will require a minimum service price depending on how far you are.

We double-check the weather the day before the appointment to ensure that this doesn’t happen. However in the case that it does, we can either reschedule or wait out the rain if it is a light sprinkle.

We won’t book exterior services if we know it will be dark by that time. However, we can do interior services in the dark because we have extremely strong lights that allow us to work properly.

Generally speaking, this service takes 5 hours to 8 hours depending on the size of the vehicle. It takes longer than our full interior detail because we do twice as many steps.

It depends on what it is. If it is caused by something by the interior that we can reach, then yes. However, if it caused by something that is more hidden, then no. An example that wouldn’t be removed is smoke odor because it affects so much of the interior that we can’t reach all the affected area.

Of course not! Before we start the detail, we’ll check for any sensitive areas. Around these areas, we’ll be extra careful and will not use aggressive cleaners around them.
Restorative Interior Detail Questions
Paint Correction Questions

Generally speaking, a level 1 paint correction can take up to 1 day and a level 2 paint correction can take up to 2 days.

This service is designed to remove micro scratches caused by improper wash methods. However, it can’t remove deeper scratches. For example, if your car was keyed then we can’t remove that scratch. When a scratch has gone through the clear coat, there’s nothing we can do.

Of course not! Before we start the detail, we’ll check for any sensitive areas. Around these areas, we’ll be extra careful and will not use aggressive cleaners around them.

If you’d like a level 1 correction, then it can be done at your residence. However, if you’d like a level 2 correction then it will be need to be dropped off because it will take 2 days.
Wash and Wax Questions

Generally speaking, a this service can take between 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the vehicle.

This service isn’t designed to remove micro-scratches but it can hide some of them. The wax sometimes will fill in the finest scratches and make it seem like they’re not there.

Yes, we will use a clay bar to exfoliate your car’s paint and remove any embedded dirt. This will leave your paint feeling super smooth.

It depends on where you store your vehicle. The more you expose it to the elements, the less time it will last. If you park it outside everyday, it can last up to 3 months. But if it is garage kept, it can last up to 6 months.

No. Our sealant will only make the trim look better for a couple of washes. Trim restoration would be an add on service.

We use Jescar Power Lock Plus. It’s a detailer wax that lasts up to 6 months and can be applied on boats or RVs as well.

Absolutely not! Unlike 5$ car washes, we use the proper steps and tools to wash your vehicle without causing micro-scratches.
Engine Cleaning Questions

This service by itself can take 30 minutes to an hour. However, we do not offer this service by itself. It must be combined with any other service.

Absolutely not! We take the proper precautions to block off any sensitive parts before we start cleaning.

Yes. It is included in the engine bay so we clean it as well to make it look as good as possible.

Yes, after drying the engine bay we will dress the plastics. This brings out a rich color from the plastics.

Unfortunately, no. For as much as we try, we will not be able to clean deep down enough to remove the majority of the oil and grease.

Yes, we’ll use it to lightly rinse the engine. We aren’t blasting the parts with water from up close so it won’t cause any damage.
Full Interior Detail Questions

It depends on the size and condition of your vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 3 to 6 hours. If it requires even more attention, it would need to be a restorative cleaning.

If it is pretty warm outside then it should take around 4 hours to dry. However, if it’s a colder day then it can take up to 10 hours.

As of this moment, we do not repair upholstery. It is a service we look to provide in the future however, we only clean what can be cleaned.

Our seats are one of the most important safety features in our cars. being that way, we don’t remove the seats because we don’t want to compromise the safety of your vehicle. However, we do have the necessary tools to clean under and around the seats.

Our cleaners can remove all stains that are caused by any food / grease / bodily fluids. However, they cannot remove stains caused by dyes like food coloring.

Of course not! Our extractors and towels remove all the chemicals that we use to clean your interior so none will be left over.

We need to first do a deep clean on the interior and a wax on the exterior. These services will reset your vehicle and will help us maintain it easier.

Generally speaking, this service takes 2 to 4 hours to do the entire vehicle. It takes less than a deep clean because the conditioners make the vehicle easier to clean.

We can come once a week up to once every 2 months. It all depends on you. However, we won’t maintain a vehicle that has gone more than 2 months without a detail because it would require a deep clean at that point.
Maintenance Plan Questions
Ceramic Coating Questions

Applying the ceramic coating usually takes 2 hours, however the prep work takes 1 day to 2 days. For it to adhere correctly, we must correct the paint.

When ceramic coatings aren’t installed in the correct temperature or aren’t wiped off correctly, they can create smudges all throughout the paint. Those areas are called “high spots.” It can be extremely time consuming to remove the messed up coating and apply a new one.

It can last from 1 year up to 8 years. it all depends on your needs and financial conditions.

Ceramic coatings can prevent micro scratches from proper wash methods however, they can’t stop aggressive scratches caused by anything abrasive,

Of course! We can coat them just like the paint and add protection to them as well.

As it says in the name it will only sit on top of the paint, not replace it. If you have peeling clear coat, the vehicle will need to be repainted.

We suggest that you wait up to 48 hours for the ceramic coating to fully adhere to the paint.
Headlight Restoration Questions

This service by itself takes between an hour to 2 hours. However, we don’t offer it as a stand-alone service so it must be paired with any of our other services.

This service is backed up with a 5-year guarantee. If it starts to fade or become yellow before then, we’ll redo the job. It’s important to note that you’ll need your receipt to use the warranty.

No, we don’t. The store bought kits can only remedy the situation for a short amount of time. We go through an intense sanding process to guarantee the best results.

Absolutely not! We take the proper precautions to cover the rest of your vehicle with a drop cloth so no paint will get on there.

It can take between 4 hours to 8 hours depending on the size of the vehicle, the type of paint and how long it’s been on there.

Paint usually seeps into the pores of the paint. That means that rubbing compound can remove the very top layer of paint but we would actually burn through the clear coat before we could remove all the paint.

Clay bars were designed for overspray removal, but results will depend on the type of paint. Some paints are more resilient and won’t be taken off with a clay bar. It’s been to leave it to the professionals in this situation.

Overspray happens many times when we run over wet construction paint or people are painting near by.

Plastic razor blades are very tricky to use. Many times people will end up doing more damage with them than good. In this case, it’s better to leave the paint removal to professionals.
